Best panini I had in Venice. It was made to order and the meat, the cheese, the veg are fresh sandwiched with a hot tasty bread. It came surprisingly big in portion. With a glass of red wine to complement the meal, my dinner sitting next to the canal was perfect.

There is a notice outside that they don't do cicchetti. However, what they do serve are platters and big sandwiches with cheeses and cooked meats. My small cheese platter was actually a generous size and my glass of red wine was excellent.

This was one of the best paninis I have ever had. I got the vegan panini (and I’m not strictly vegan or vegetarian) of roasted seitan, beetroot salad, caramelized onions, and artichoke. I ordered at the bar and was lucky to snag a table outside right along the canal. The panini was made fresh to order. The bread was perfectly toasted and so hot and fluffy. Sandwich was really flavorful. I was really impressed. I’m thinking of going back just for that sandwich alone with my few days here in Venice. I grabbed a spritz bianco for my drink for 3.5 euros. Great freshly made panini. You can choose from the menu or create your own panini. Also you can get selection of cheese and meat accompanied by your favorite drink. Canal view is great.

Highly recommend! We stopped here for a quick glass of wine and small bite in the late afternoon. It was a great place to relax and just enjoy the free time. The wine was great, and the plate of assorted meats and cheeses was very tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend!

Amazing fresh panini made to order. On crispy fresh focaccia bread. Fantastic selection of wines and cold cuts. So hard to find quality food that I feel it’s important to highlight the cafes and osterios that are trying to offer the good stuff. Still the best panino in Venice (May 2025) Consistently spectacular.

Really delicious panini. We created our own which was great and so tasty & fresh. The bread was still slightly warm! The staff were very friendly and helped us decide. Good selection of wines and everything is excellently priced! Nice little seating area around the side by the canal. Would’ve gone back if I had more time in Venice!

We absolutely loved La Bottiglia! We stopped by for a couple of glasses of wine during the afternoon. They have a wonderful selection at an affordable price. They have inside seating and outdoor seating in the square. The bar cat Sylvester is cute but prefers to not interact with humans :)

Lovely place with good selection of wines and cold cuts. Their bread is what makes the difference. If you're familiar with the cicchetti in the city, this bread is it! Ask them for the wine recommendations you won't be disappointed. Be aware that you're gonna deal with seagulls and pigeons if you sit outside 😁

Raw ham with mozzarella panino was absolutely perfect. Good products, excellent service, very good wine. The only regret I have is that my wife was pregnant and we couldn't eat more there. Go there and enjoy!
